I am new to commissions, so I kindly ask for your understanding if I make any mistakes. I am committed to learning and improving and will do my absolute best to ensure that you, the client, are satisfied with the final result. All services have a min canvas size of 1500 x 1500. They are sent in PNG (with watermark) through google drive.

All terms written below must be agreed and followed by the client.
If you have any complaints and/or questions, please contact me through discord or email (found in linktree).

User Agreement

・ By commissioning me, this means that you have properly read, understood, and agreed to all the terms and conditions listed on this page.
・ I will not accept any commission requests from clients who fail to follow these conditions.

USAGE RIGHTS

CLIENT

・ Clients may post the artwork but it must include proper credit and be linked to my socials.
・ Clients cannot resell, alter, or claim the artwork as their own.

ARTIST

・ As the artist, I reserve the right to post and use commissioned artworks on social media and include them in my portfolio. If you wish for me to keep the commissioned artwork private, you may contact me through any socials of mine.
・ As the artist, I reserve the right to decline a commission for whatever reason.
・ As the artist, I reserve the right to sign and/or watermark my own work.

Commission Process

╰┈➤ INQUIRY: Fill out my Commission Form or contact me directly via gmail/discord and ensure that you answer all required questions.
╰┈➤ DISCUSSION: I will review your request and provide a response. From there, we will cover the details of your commission and I will give you the total price (you may choose to either pay upfront or through split payment). Once we agree on the details, I'll start your commission. From time to time, I'll be sending updates on my current progress. You may also see the status of your commission, whether it's in progress or in the waitlist in the Work Queue page.
╰┈➤ SKETCH APPROVAL: I will send you a rough sketch for feedback and approval. I'll be asking if the artwork composition, color, etc are satisfactory to you, the client. At this stage, you may request as many revisions you please. Reminder that if you want any major changes (e.g., pose or composition), it must be requested during this phase.
╰┈➤ RENDERING: After the sketch is approved, I will proceed with the rendering and details. Minor revisions can still be requested, but any significant changes may incur additional fees.
╰┈➤ FINAL DELIVERY: Once the artwork is completed, I will send you the .png file via the platform you used to contact me.

Payment terms

・ Prices are per character!! Additional characters in the same artwork will require extra fees. Repeated characters within the same artwork are still counted as additional characters and will incur extra charges.
・ Listed prices are the base price for my commissions. The final price may increase depending on the complexity or additional details requested.
・ All payments are processed through Paypal or Kofi.
・ Payment can be paid upfront, after rough sketch, or made in two installments: 50% before and after rough sketch. This is to ensure fairness and satisfaction for both parties. (however for Kofi, only upfront/after rough sketch is allowed)
・ Additional fees apply for: extra characters/chibis, rush orders, and additional revisions beyond the allowed three.

Communication

・ If you wish to commission me, kindly fill out my Commission Form.
・ I normally respond within a week. But any case I don't, do not hesitate to contact me via gmail/discord.
・ When commissioning me, please ensure to include all needed information and visual references for me to avoid unnecessary mistakes in the process.
・ Please maintain respectful and appropriate communication. Offensive or inappropriate behavior will result in the cancellation of your commission.

Revisions & Modifications

・ Revisions or modifications are free during the rough/approved sketch process. Small revisions after that may be possible however significant changes such as altering poses or adding new elements after approval of the sketch will incur additional fees.

DEADLINES & RUSH FEES

・Due to my current workload, it may take me 1-2 weeks to start your commission after confirming the details. Once I begin working on it, the piece will typically take a few days to a week or 2 to complete.
・ If you require the artwork to be completed by a specific date, please let me know in advance. Rush orders will incur an additional fee based on the urgency and complexity of the piece (though this is only applicable if the deadline is within the week).

REFUNDS

・ Customers cannot refund commissions (srries,, this is for my security & safety).
・ If I need to cancel the commission for any reason, I will issue a refund. If I have already started on the commission and significant progress has been made, I will issue a partial refund depending on the work completed.

Questions from fans and friends!!

What programs/tools do you use?

I tend to use a lot of programs. Back then, I used to use Ibis and procreate, but now I switched to Krita and Clip Studio Paint. I use an Apple iPad Air (5th Gen) and a Huion Kamvas 24 plus for drawing (I got it on discount, so lucky!)

How long have you been drawing?

I've been drawing since I was 7 years old. Though I took a 3 years break from art. So, I've only been drawing for 4 years in total.

Can I edit or trace your art?

No. Please refrain from tracing, editing, modifying, or copying my art. You’re welcome to use it as reference or inspiration, but kindly make sure to credit me.

Can I use your art as a profile picture/banner?

Yes, you can use my art as a profile picture or banner as long as you properly credit me as the artist. You’re also free to use my other artworks for this purpose, but commissioned artworks are off-limits.

Can I repost your art?

Yes, you may. However, once again, I kindly ask of you to credit me as the artist. Commissioned pieces may be reposted with my permission.
